What made my experience unique? hmmmm.....I didn't think what they pull is legal. From pricing that they attempt to justify with 'labor' which was probably hired from the local rehab center to illegal catch phrases like ""save you your deductible"" or ""free rental"" they rake you. I took my car to auction because i couldn't sell in good faith (something they know nothing of) after what they did 'repairing' it. My particular favorite was the wrong parts used (identifiable by a different manufacturors emblem). Dirty Dealers.
Pros: educating the people on how horrible this city is
