We contacted Mr. Chupp from reviews on Angie's list. He came to our home the next day, looked at our roof and worked up three possible solutions from which we could choose--all of which would repair the roof and stop the leak, with additional options that would further protect the seal, provide a heat reflective cover, etc. He was extremely knowledgeable about the way the roof was constructed, what it needed, and explained how he would do the work. We had had two other roof company representatives whose proposal was to replace the roof at almost twice the cost that JCI proposed. Mr. Chupp did much of the work himself, with one other roofer, and they set up and cleaned up each day in such a way that one would never have known they were here. Since neither my husband nor I were able to climb up to the roof, he took photos of various stages of his work so we could see what he did and where he did it. Needless to say, we are very impressed with his knowledge, his performance, and his customer service. We will use him whenever we have a roofing need and will be glad to recommend him to others.
