Worst facility in the metro. Every time I come in it is crowded with teams. Every tunnel, batting cage, infield and pitchers mound is used. Not just used for an hour, but until the place closes. The teams use the facilities and keep cycling through the cages. Thusly no one can use them. If you do feel like waiting an hour or two to get a turn, you get one token and then the teams go complain and you get asked to rotate with the other 50 kids waiting for 1 cage. The staff makes the individual member feel like a second class citizen. There is no refund of money available. I made the mistake of getting a years membership up front and have regretted it ever since. If you are serious about baseball go to Mac and Seitz. This place is more serious about money than baseball. Pros: None. Cons: no room for individual members, bad customer service
