Review content:
I stayed at a hotel at the far end of the boardwalk from this place and they delivered in good time. Pizza was still hot and the delivery guy was very friendly. I didn't know what a White Pizza was and the order taker was patient and explained it was a pizza with no sauce but they would add it if I wanted. I ordered a Large (16"") White Pizza - garlic, olive oil and mozzarella cheese and added sauce (my fav). The sauce was thick and spiced just right. I wasn't overwhelmed by salt, basil or a tomato taste. Crust was thin, like I like, and they use good mozzarella cheese, it wasn't greasy - and the pizza was HUGE!!! I snacked on it for 3 days and it was still excellent even when microwaved. Crust didn't turn hard or rubbery. I lived in Italy for 3 years and this is as close as I've gotten to ""real"" Italian pizza yet.
