Not only does the staff make you feel welcome by greeting you and offering you coffee or water (which they will make for you on the spot with a smile), but they are so conscious of how YOU want your hair to be done, not what they want to do. I am so picky about my cut and color and i've never loved my hair more after stopping in! Definitely worth every penny!
