Businiess name:  Baby Blues BBQ

Review content:
Went in with high hopes but left with a half full stomach. The Memphis baby back ribs had hardly any smoke flavor and were over charred on the broiler. Same goes for the hot link that wasn't hot in flavor at all. The beans were served tepid and would have been better had they been served warm to hot. The corn was good with the variety of seasonings and cheese. The corn bread was blase, greasy and hard, definately nothing to write about. Back to the BBQ, if this is what you do then SMOKE it don't grill it. I prefer Mr. Cecil's several miles away for their meats. That's the ticket. Mr. cecils for the BBQ meats and Baby Blues for the sides. Bottom line is I find it hard to believe that they call this one of the better BBQ's in LA when thier is nary a smoke ring on any of the meat. Shame, shame, shame. Pros: Cute friendly servers and that's it. Cons: Overpriced for the portion size, Hardly any smoke flavor
