Review content:
Powerhouse Yoga and Pilates Studio has a great staff and facilities. I started in October, 2009 doing Yoga classes and now I work with Katie on a weekly basis doing Pilates. I always had problems in traditional workouts that would leave me with neck and back pain. This is first time in over 10 years that I am in great shape and pain free. I highly recommend Powerhouse.
