I am a single mom who works full time so it was so important for me to find a child care option where he would be a part of a ""village"" of consistent and caring people for many of his waking hours. The child care business is a tough one, because the ""product"" is the most precious thing in the world, and the last thing any parent wants is to feel that their child's day is a walk on a diapering assembly line. Heidi and her family have dedicated their time to building a strong and positive staff with little turnover in the two years that my son has attended. They work hard at maintaining integrity in following both their structured curriculum and health and safety standards.
