I called Chicagoland carpet cleaners on a Thursday 8:55am I got their voice mail and left a message that I would like information on getting some work done. To my surprise I got a call from Didi, who sound amazing, to follow up on my request. She answered all my questions and was supper nice to deal with. She said she could have a guy to my place in two hours.
Matt arrived on time, took a look at the job and advised me of the best way to proceed. He worked steadily and did a fantastic job. Didi,the nice representative from the office called to make sure I was pleased with his work before leaving my condo. I would like to thank Matt and Didi for very professional and courteous job. I highly recommend them.
