I have a couch which is neither heirloom nor top-dollar, but I love it (and can't find a good replacement because I don't like today's designs nor today's shoddy construction). The first upholstery place I called told me to turn my couch over, cut a slip in the bottom with a knife, shine a flashlight inside, and get an idea of the problem and call them back (!). I called All Aboard and Brian said he could be over that afternoon. He arrived with Bill, assessed the problems with my couch, described his solutions, an hour later emailed me a quote. They picked up the couch the next day and 3 days later had it back in my l.r. looking beautiful! Their workmanship is excellent! And their attitude is incredibly can-do. How refreshing! I highly recommend this business (no, I'm not related to them nor did I know them before I called them).
