I had been going to JJS for about a year and had truly fantastic haircuts. Really, I never got so many compliments on my hair ever. I loved my stylist as she was funny, smart, and a magician with my hair. I decided to try her out for color. I am fairly certain I said I liked my hair ""light"" but what I ended up with was a dark brown that looked greenish in the light. I was so bummed that I had to go to another salon to get it fixed. I didn't have the heart to tell my stylist that I was totally disappointed. I would still recommend them for the best haircuts ever.
