Review content:
I brought my car in and they were able to do the repair I asked but I had another problem the next day and was charged yet another diagnostic fee. I paid over the phone because I was to be late picking up my car. I asked that they leave the key in the car so I can take it. I don't live here in Colorado Springs and I had an interview first thing in the morning three hours away. They LOCKED the key in the car and I spent hours in the freezing cold trying to break into my own car, my ride having left since both of us assumed I would hop in and go. Buyer beware! You'll spend a lot more than necessary and deal with stupidity like this. I will not be returning, and also urge anyone else to find a differant locally owned repair shop. I will be interviewing on about two hours of sleep, which really matters when you've been unemployed and overcharged on car repairs you must have to work!
Pros: quick
Cons: high cost, office lacks common sense.
