This is the worst thing the city, county, government can spend money on for jobs. These people dont even do their job!!!!!!!! It took me over a year and half to get any word back on wheter or not I was getting support!! AFTER I was bullied into filing for support. I am a single parent and happy to be so!! Now they forced me to file and now Im forced to have to deal with my childs father!!! I signed a form for domestic violence and was told my info would be private... The father called my house, job and now knows where the F I live!!!!!!!! WTF! and their response was well we cant control what the other agency does when they serve him. WTF!!! I signed a paper stating he can not know where I am because domestic violence NOW he knows my SSN too!!!!!!! And have I even seen a F'N penny???? NO!!! And they awarded me $60/mo!! SERIOUSLY??? what does that pay for these days!!!!!!!!!!! This county and the workers that are hired here are worthless pieces of CRAP who could careless about their F'N J O B!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am jobless and cant get a job, I know dAM well if I was hired I would do a hell of a lot better than what kind of service I have received the past 2 years!!! AND on top of that... I am signed up for some credit card to get payments which I wasnt even asked to do. I called my caseworker to find out what was going on and guess what???? The caseworker is no longer my caseworker, I was assigned a new caseworker last year!!!!!!! was I ever informed??? F NO! because that would mean they were actually doing their f'n J O B!
Pros: Not one thing I can think of!!!
Cons: Do not call back, are not helpful, bully you into shit!!
