Late last year, I decided I needed to do something with my wild curly hair. I had read about thermal reconditioning, but never thought it would be a reality for me due to the cost. I did my research and scheduled 3 consultations at 3 different salons. I had a good feeling after talking to Sonja, even though I still had one more consultation. In January, I had thermal reconditioning done by Sonja. Even though she was not the lowest price I received, she took the time to discuss the process and my hair with me extensively during my free consultation which was important to me since this was a big step and sort of an investment for me. The process took all day, and everyone in the salon throughout the day talked to me and made me feel right at home! Sonja even called me a couple of weeks after to see how my hair was working out. Since then I have been back for a trim, and immediately scheduled my next appointment. I love my new straight hair and will continue going to Robert Severo' s Signature Salon & Spa.
