Review content:
As someone who takes my style very seriously (shouldn't we all?), I know how hard it is to find somewhere where you truly feel comfortable in ""the chair."" Well, let me tell you, this is one such place. I've done some modeling before, and the time and care that Andrea (love her!) put into my overall visit was definitely top shelf. Julie (i believe...she was at the front desk) was busy taking calls and such, but still had time to personally welcome me. Fast food is nice, and who doesn't love drive-up ATMs? Convenience and speed are commonplace these days; but genius still takes time. Rome wasn't built in a day, and Andrea made me feel like I was the only one in the salon (even though there were about 4 or 5 other people getting things done; nails, color, cuts...etc). While my color was setting, Julie offered me something to drink, and I started talking with the other people and staff in the salon; it truly felt like family. Everyone seemed friends, and I didn't feel like I was stuck in a snooty $500 a cut chop shop. I even had the chance to speak with the owner, Robert Severo, himself. Professional appearance and demeanor about him, he personally welcomed me and asked if there was anything he could do. I assured him Andrea had everything taken care of. After finishing my cut and style (I had a lot of hair, so it took a bit, let me tell you), she even had time to give me a touch up on my eyebrows. She's a regular Jill of all trades. :-) A little wax here, a little pull there. Voila! I looked like a million bucks. I feel like I went from the Geico caveman to Jude Law, just like that. You rock, Andrea! Pros: Friendly staff, Atmosphere, Parking, Ease of Scheduling, Skill, Service Cons: none! :D
