I am searching on the web for someone who does japanese hair straightening and came across this one. I see there are a lot of satisfied customers and a few not so much. One thing that bothered me and is preventing me from going is the responses to the bad reviews. Some are downright rude which tells me the people who complained may in fact be right. I am not saying they are, I am just wary now because of the responses you guys give them, as if you were snapping at them for being unhappy. Use of ??? and !! is not a good post custom as is the use of CAPITALS. You should be a bit more careful (even if you feel offended that someone was not satisfied) because you give out a bad vibe when you do this. At least, it's making me doubt and not want to go. Sorry, your staff might be great but your postings are not- just some feedback for you.
