I've been in the process of growing my naturally curly hair out for over a year, and came across this salon while doing research on thermal reconditioning, a permanent form of hair straightening. The day of my appointment, I was tended to immediately, and was asked if I would like anything to drink while I waited to be taken care of. Everyone called me by name, and made sure that I was doing well during the entire treatment, which lasted just over seven hours long. The staff was incredibly friendly, and made me feel at home. The stylist who took care of me, Sonya was very friendly and knowledgeable about her craft, and it was a pleasure to have her work on my hair (which was a nightmare prior to my appointment). After performing the treatment, Sonya was able to tame my curls and give me sleek straight hair...something that I've been waiting over a year for. Becuase of my hair type, the price was a little costly, but I can honestly say that it was worth every single cent, and I will continue going to Robert Severo for my hair treatments!
Pros: Great atmosphere, wonderful, highly skilled staff.
