I just had my very first colonics with Atlanta Colonic & Massage. In the past I've had enemas so I sort of knew what to expect. My experience was 10 times better than having just an enema. The facility is very clean and staff extremely friendly and informative. Everything is explained in detail before the session starts. What I liked most was being able to be alone, but if I needed anything I could just press a button. I left feeling energized and refreshed. I go back again for another session tomorrow and can't wait to see how I feel. This is something I could see myself doing on a month to month basis.
