I had an 11am appt. I was greeted with kindly and was seated in the chair right away, there was no waiting.I am 100% natural, the young lady who braided my hair did not pull too tight and did not hear any of my hair snapping as she braided.I decided on bone straight on the Brazilian curly, and it came out great, matching my natural hair perfectly.I will be going here for all my protective styles. Love the service and love the work.
