My Dad was a tennant with these thieves. They took advantage of his age and scammed him out of more than a months rent with the move in paperwork (which we are still trying to recover). Drains always clogged. Plumber they sent was some cheap loser with a plunger and drano. Upon moving out they charged us the entire sec dep ($200) for a loose refrigerator door handle. I have seen other reviews on the web regarding their other business of home inspections - apparently the inspectors they send are scared to get dirty or are too lazy to squat down in the basement or go on roofs to do a proper inspection. run, don't walk from these scam artists!
