RIPPED OFF BY PRESTIGE PROPERTIES. We made the worst mistake of our lives trying to purchase a condominium from Prestige Properties, Inc. and T.J.M. Dev., Inc. We signed a contract for a condominium in Riverwalk at Arrowhead, Myrtle Beach in April, 2005. Two years later nothing was built and it didn't look like it ever was going to be built so we decided when the contract expired in 2007 we would not sign a new one and requested our $14,990. deposit returned. Well, we are still waiting for them to return our deposit. They are stealing our money. They don't have a valid, updated, signed contract from us and are holding our money. They are not even returning our phone calls or our attorney's phone calls. They are actually not responding to anything and now we had to hire a lawyer to try to get OUR OWN MONEY. I know we are not the only hard-working American family going through this. There are a number of lawsuits against them for the same thing. Take it from me, don't get involved with Prestige Properties, Inc., the only thing they deliver is negligence. They ought to be ashamed of themselves.
