This florist would be average at best, IF they followed directions and made things as asked. The staff seems like they could care less and were more interested in their personal conversation than helping me when I took a floral arrangement back that had carnations in it when I had specificially ordered none. My former florist made the call for me - and as its been said - If you want something done right...
