You can tell how good a Chinese place is by how many Chinese people are eating there. The ""Horse"" knows how to keep it real. Lunch menu has big portions for little money. A tip: Order off the specialties side not on the lunch specials. The duck rice and the beef and tofu are sure to please. As for the dinners, they offer a a banquet menu that can serve a large party of about 8 people for under $40! The menu is written in Chinese - the adventurous diners will just pick one and wait for the food. Yes - the place is kinda run down and the service is authentic loud Chinese women. Hey, I'm here for the food - got it? Pros: Food, Value, Keepin' it real Cons: Ambience, Service
