Businiess name:  Golden Horse Seafood Rstrnt

Review content:
Having eaten at all the best restaurants in Chinatown and most of the other majors in Portland, 3 main impressions stick out about the Golden Horse: Very fresh food, overall culinary expertice & large very reasonably priced portions. The Golden Horse is a humble place. It neither screams 'Tourist Chinese spot!' nor 'Gymnastic staff will delight you!'. On the ""edge"" of Chinatown, it is often missed by the cattle stampede of tourists... and that's what makes it a satisfying quiet getaway. That coupled with the overall very good food (remember, no 5 stars pretense), the very attentive staff (once you've taken the time to know their timing and what words seem to get their attention) and the open large bright windows that invites the outside in, I would give this restaurant an overall rating of 8 as a reliable standard when the mood for Chinese strikes. ""Shin lee quai lo!"" Pros: Very Fresh full menu, Large Portions, Inexpensive Cons: Plain atmosphere, Average staff energy, Unexciting bathrooms
