Review content:
After I repeatedly was charged expensive and wildly variable ""service charges"" by the store owner and much more reasonable fees by the store's employees for mailing very small and light packages,I filed a complaint with the federal Postal Inspectors Office. My complaint was turned over to the Enid Postmaster who launched an investigation into this business. He contacted me and told me that the United States Postal Service has a contract with the Mail Room which forbids them from charging any fees or ""service charges"" for their mailing services.
If you do attempt to use this company's services, refuse to pay any amount in excess of the fees required by the United States Postal Service for your mail to be delivered.Any fees charged on top of the actual shipping charge constitutes fraud and a violation of a federal contract on the part of this business.
