Ordered carside to go (CSTG) with this restaurant at approx 7:50 PM on a Sunday evening. They claimed that our order would be ready in approx 15-20 minutes. My Wife and I drove over to the Applebee's about 15 minutes later. We sat at the parking area for CSTG. We waited almost 25 minutes in that parking spot. (8:30 PM) A lady approached the car with our order. No too upset we paid for our order and headed for our hotel. We arrive at the hotel (8:45) and prepare to eat our meal. Turns out only half of our order was fulfilled. My half was completely missing. I called the restaurant and spoke with manager Mike. He was kind and willing to fix the issue. He resubmitted my order and promised it would be ready in 10 minutes. I drove back to Applebees and entered the restaurant.(9:00 PM) I approached Mike and my food was ready and waiting . Mike also gave me $10 in gift certificates for my trouble. We are from out of state and that evening was our last in Florida, so the certificates were worthless to us. I returned to our hotel and sat down to eat my supper. (9:15) After it was all said and done it only took an 1:25 from order time to eating my meal. Not a pleasant experience. To credit Mike the manager he did all that he could to resolve the issue. I do give him some credit. Though I will avoid this restaurant in the future.
