Review content:
The folks at Henderson and Daughter helped us replace all the windows in our ranch home. Did it go without a hitch? No. There were some issues with the windows not arriving as ordered. However, what I found particularly impressive was the manner in which H@D installation team and management team used their relationship with the window mfg (Milgard) to resolve the issue. The installation went smoothly and the issues with product configuration got solved by Milgard within a week afterward. I woke up early the next morning after the install and no longer heard freeway noise. It is nice to have quiet again. I value it. I feel that I got my monies worth. The house looks fantastic. Russ and his crew made the new windows look like they had been installed when the home was built. It looks natural - not bug eyed like some other examples I have seen.
