Super friendly service. Very bland food. Dry pancakes with funny tasting butter and lowgrade syrup. $2.50 for a very small glass of orange juice from concentrate. My son, who likes any kind of pancake or waffle said his waffle tasted ""wrong"", I tried it and sure enough it was as dry and flavorless as the pancakes. I must say I was crushed that the food was so unimpressive as I have lived on the Eastside for years and always see people lined up to go there.
