Review content:
They have taken pictures for MANY of kids' sports teams. They are unprofessional, rude little Nazis. I have NEVER seen such discourteous and pathetic treatment of customers. Not once. Not for one team. Over the course of several years, for ALL of my childrens team photos. They are HORRIBLE.
Additionally, their product is the worst you can imagine. The lighting is terrible. The pictures are taken with kids mouths open, no smiles, it doesn't matter. These guys just want to get done as fast as possible, no matter what the outcome. Every time we buy them, there are problems with the process. When we finally get the pictures, they are a pathetic mess. You'd think I'd learn by now, but they are my kids. I figure they can't be that bad EVERY time. I was wrong. They are that bad.
If you have a cell phone, just take you kids picture with that. The quality of the final product will probably be better.
