I would give this place five stars if it weren't for the shift manager. I am not sure of her name, but she is the small, young, lady there. She is horribly rude and when I called her out on it, she began to lie. She then went into the office and refused to come out. One of our party guests recently had his son's birthday party there and told us she acted just as bad at their party.
The kids loved it. If this is your first time to have a birthday party there, understand that all of your guests need to be there a little early. The first game starts pretty quick after you arrive. The rest of the staff there were great.
