I took my car in for a routine oil change on my way to work. I am a chef by profession and I have a personal knife set. I brought my knives with me and had them in the back seat. I got my oil changed and went to work. When I arrived, I noticed that my knife set was missing. I called Shaffer's thinking that maybe when they were vacuming my car they removed the knife set and forgot to put them back in my car. I spoke with one of the crew and he assured me that my knife set wasn't there. Shaffer's was the only place I stopped in between my home and my work. I think they either misplaced my knives, or out right stole them. The knife set was worth about 1500.00 dollars, but to me were priceless. Cons: There is a 50 50 chance that any valuable items in your car will still be there.
