Review content:
This company is very dishonest in its business practices. They promise one thing and then charge you for other things. They hold your stuff hostage until you pay their prices. The dispatcher ""Joe"" is rude. He was very condescending to my wife and insulted us by stating we were not of the real Jewish faith because we did not celebrate a holiday like him. They promised to pick up our items on one day and then held it for four days before shipping. Then, they would not tell us where the truck was on the road. They would not provide any information whatsoever. Everytime we would call, we were told by the ""receptionist"" it was on its way. Then ""Joe"" told us that my wife said to deliver it on a certain date which was not true at all and then stated he had it taperecorded. When asked to hear the recording, very argumentative since it is against the law to tape record a person without their knowledge. DONOT USE THEM. HORRIBLE!!!! stay far away even if the quote is really good. THEY ARE NOT HONEST. And the people who picked up our stuff, took a whole day to pack the truck and made racial comments that were not appropriate.
