I heard about it from a nieghbor who took her kids there. It was spring time and she said some baby animals were being born. I took my daughter there and we saw a very wide variety of animals (including the babies my nieghbors had mentioned) and not just birds. Along with the toucans, parrots, ducks, geese, emus, ostriches, peacocks, many macaws and lots of other birds they also house mini horses, lamas, bulls, pigs, donkeys, goats, lizards, rabbits and more. A lot of the birds (parots and macaws) talk and do tricks which is very fun for kids. Its very inexpensive: $4.00 for adults and $1.00 for kids. You can also feed the ducks for $1.00. It takes about an hour to an hour and a half to go through the whole place. I'd say a very well 5 dollars spent for an outing with my 3 yr old. Pros: well money spent. Cons: parts of the place smells like a farm but what do you expect when your around pigs and goats:o)
