I have actually had two experiences with this appliance repair company, both of which were exceptional! My freezer was leaking and the fridge side was not cooling...and we couldn't figure out why and and were not being able to get anyone to come out the same day and at the time I was breastfeeding and was worried that I would not only lose all our food but also the baby's food!My phone call was answered right away by a very friendly helpful woman who put me in contact with the repair technician. The technician called me right back and was so understanding of the situation that he came out that same day! He went out of his way to help! When he arrived he was dressed professionally and was very personable! He had an idea already of what was wrong with it when he got there and had the part on his truck... and he was right! Had my fridge up and running in no time! He even walked me through some troubleshooting on the fridge and taught me some things that I and my husband could do to prolong the life of the fridge! I would recommend Wagner Appliance Services out of Mcloud,Ok to anyone in need of appliance repair.
