Review content:
These guys are awful. They sold me a computer that didn't work. They have this ""guarantee,"" where if something they sell you breaks down, they'll keep fixing it until it does work. But if they never really fix it, you're out of luck. And they make the repair process into a huge hassle, so eventually you'll just give up and go away. They fixed my computer, which I bought new from them, at least 5 times, and every time was a HUGE hassle. They'd take weeks to get it done. Then they'd tell you all the work they'd done to it, how much better they made it. They once returned it to me ""fixed"" and it wouldn't even power on. They claimed they replaced the motherboard multiple times, every time saying, ""this new one is a LOT better than that old one."" But they had just sold me the old one, so they were basically admitting to selling junk.
