Originally from AZ. Moved back a couple of years ago. Just tried Sea Saw last night & how could I have been missing this these past 2 years??? Sea Saw is just flat out incredible. I would have bet money that AZ didn't have any place on the same level as Matsuhisa or Nobu or any of the other famous name restaurants. I would have lost big time. Sea Saw is right there with any of them if not better.
We did the Omakase tasting menu. Our meal was absolute perfection. Phenomenal saki as well. Highlights: Kumamoto oyster with Uni, white fish carpaccio, foie gras & the deserts.
Pros: Phenomenal food, Excellent saki, Excellent service
