Review content:
I ordered three different flower arrangements from Brothers and Father to be delivered to the Funeral home. All three lacked in quality and freshness. One was a complete horror. Although I paid $10 extra for additional flowers, the basket was an embarrassment to me and my family. I went in to the store on Pershing Road and spoke to the woman that took the order and tried to get a explanation. She didn't listen to me at all. The woman was argumentative, raising her voice at me and saying it was my fault the final offering I made to my brother looked cheap and scant of flowers. Her tone and intentions were clear, that O'Reilly's was blameless and my carelessness caused my distress. AVOID THIS BUSINESS !!!
