I found this company through google. My heat went out during the rain and they were the only company that could come out to find out why my heater wasn't working. the technician arrived at my home at 6:30 the appointment was a 6-7 so I was happy. the technician wen to my furnace and figured out what was wrong with it in about 35 minutes. I'm not technically savy to know what the problem was but he told me it was only 195.00 to fix it and he had the part on his truck. I called my husband he said the price sounds good (he's a maintenance manager at Boeing) go ahead and do it. I took the option of 3 months same as cash and he fixed it. The technician was polite and he wore booties while in my home. Since it was raining that was important to me. I am happy
