The Cantonese Chow Mein is a true Chinatown Chow Mein, it's not for you ""picky"" chinese food eaters...It a true bit of Americana, since Chow Mein is a Chinese American Dish...The noodle soups are one of the only true ones you can find in Phoenix...You can see why it's a Phoenix mainstay for over 7 decades!!!
