I have been searching for ""New York"" style pizza for over 12 years in Sacramento and I have finally found it. On a recommendation from my physican's nurse, who spent her childhood in Brooklyn, I tried Luigi's and was eleated. Finally a pizza with quality crust, sauce and ingredients! I thought I was in Manhattan eating at John's pizza off Times Square. Foregt about Giovanni's and Zeldas. This is the real thing! New York/New Jersey style thin crust pizza that is quality personified. A plus is the friendly staff who immediately make you feel at home. Don't be put off by the location or ambience as my wife and I loved the place. God bless you Luigi!!
