I booked 3 services for my wedding day at the spa: massage, pedicure and hair style. I was delighted with the service that Sumiko provided for me on my pedicure and my hair. She did an outstanding job and I received a ton of compliments on my hair! She was a pleasure to work with! However, I was very disappointed in the service I received for my massage. I was at the spa on time but the massage therapist was over 30 minutes late (due to parade traffic which didn't seem to impact any other employees) and because of that I did not have time for the massage. Normally I wouldn't have minded that I wasn't able to get a service I had requested but it was my wedding day and I was really looking forward to the massage! I totally expected a call from the manager or someone apologizing but it's now a week later and I have not heard a word. Even with that, I would reccommend this salon because the services I did receive were great but I'd be cautious about booking a massage because you can't count on the therapist showing up!
Pros: great pedicure massage chair, nice atmosphere
Cons: downtown parking, therpist not showing up
