Review content:
I booked the weekend before Valentine's Day for the Salt Glow - big mistake. They were busy with couples and I waited over 45 mins. for my turn. The therapist wasn't as good as others I've had there. But the worst part was that I bought a gift card for the Salt Glow ($85) for my assistant who had been working hard for me. (The Salt Glow is a shorter version of the fab Crescendo.) The woman, who I assume is the manager, wrote "Salt Glow + massage" on the card so that is what he made the reservation for. When he left, they said he owed $25 for the massage! He was upset but paid it and then told me what happened. They have still not credited him for the $25. He said the treatment was nice, but he left there more stressed than he arrived. Inexcusable!
Pros: Cresendo
Cons: staff, attitude, inefficiency
