I am not an experienced tanner. On my first visit the staff did not instruct me on how to use the bed, and it ended up shutting off five minutes early. On my next visit, I informed the owner what had happened, and asked her is she would set her timer(there are two timers) to five minutes longer so I would have time to get undressed and apply lotion. She was very rude, and told me that I was a liar. I asked for a refund, and ended up going to Del Sol Tanning. They were very nice, and the store is much more visually appealing, with an array of tanning beds to chose from.
Pros: Good location
Cons: Rude staff
