Should change their name to Detail Disasters of Duluth. Just a bunch of punk kids who are high on paint fumes, who've hired an IT person to make them a semi-professional looking website. The place is run by juveniles with juvenile levels of customer service. I think the whole team used to work at McDonalds down the street before opening this shop...if it's still open. All the coupons on their website expired 4 months ago...?
Pros: Black pleather couch was comfortable and website makes them look like they actually detail Ferrari's all day.
Cons: Stinks like paint fumes in the office too bad to be in there more than 5 minutes. Staff is dumb and/or high, lazy, and incapable of using the telephone.
