Please beg your real estate agent not to use this law firm. I've been forced to use this firm (and it's partner Prommis Solutions) numerous times for real estate closings. It holds a large part of the market captive in relation to REO/bank owned properties, Fannie Mae properties, foreclosures, etc. You really don't have a choice when buying these types of properties and, from their customer service, this law firm knows you don't have a choice. If you can get a response it is overwhelmingly rude. I have routinely been kept waiting anywhere from 30 mins to an hour in their lobby for a closing and none of my closings have funded on time. Their fees are exorbitant. And I'm currently waiting on checks from a purchase that closed 6 days ago.
