I had a great experience at G Michael. The staff was so friendly, but my great experience began before I ever arrived. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the automated email system. I was given at least 2 reminders about my appointment via email, which I love (no pesky phone calls on my cell during the day). I had a great consult with Greg about my color and cut before he ever touched me. I was greeted by everyone that works there and made to feel very welcome. The facility is very cool and the shampoo/meditation room was amazing! I even got a hand massage!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was easily the best salon experience I've ever had. It was one of the first times I've left the salon thinking ""my hair won't ever look like this again because I can't make it do what the stylist just did"" and it's because Greg took the time to learn about me, my preferences and walk me though the best tips to style my own hair. I love the J products as well, my hair has NEVER been so soft as it is when I use the Fragile shampoo and conditioner. You should book an appointment today!
