nice and easy carpet care is truely all it says it is. punctual, professional and friendly. they came to my house even though it was short notice. the fact that it was pouring outsidde did not stop them from showing up on time. they were so reliable, that when i asked them if they could also go to my mom's house to upholster a her sofa that same night, they did so at no extra charge!!!
