Review content:
My wife and I, alone with another couple recently spent an evening celerbrating my birthday at Lundzell's. Our first time going. I was very impressed with the ambiance. I hadn't made a reservation (no indication a reservation was needed) and found out every sit was booked for the night because Saturdays are Birthday celerbration night. After speaking with the hostess a table was provided. Now what was disappointing. The sitting that was provided was brought in from the patio and about an hour after setting there I had to go to the restroom and found my behind was wet from setting in the chair. My food was good, but could have been warmer. The waitress completely forgot about us after the dinner tab had been paid. There was a celeberity there celerbrating her birthday as well and the MC made it apoint to let the audenice know, but barely acknowledge paying patrons you were also there celerbrating their birthdays. I believe Lundzell is in trouble because I was watching him working the moment we got there. He was doing everything but greeting his paying guess. My father use to tell me a man can not run a successfull business working along side his employees, you should stand back and watch others do their jobs. That's what a manager is for. There were many other noticeable details that needed addressing when it comes to customer service. I would go back to Lundzell's, but I want go for dinner or on a Saturday night.
