If I could give this zero stars I would. I had the worst experience at this place. I went in to get a 30 minute facial. At the time I was leaving the manager asked me to tip the lady. I left the tip in the room, I told her yes and she then proceeded to yell across the salon to ask the girl who gave my facial how much I had left. I left $5 in the room only because I though I should pay her something for her time, even though I was not impressed with the service at all. The manager told me this was not enough and that 20% was minimum. I was appalled by this!! Not only did she demand a tip, but she totall embarrassed me in front of everyone, and then she insulted me. I told her that was all that I wanted to tip because I was not happy with the facial. The quality was bad, the products they used were below standards, and the lady had no license in cosmetology. She was literally choking my neck and pinching my neck nerves during the massage. I cannot believe the nerve of this woman to ASK for a tip, and then tell me that it was not enough! Very unprofessional.
