Review content:
We are a business that sold Jimmy's Towing & Repair a new power supply for his Credit Card terminal via Ebay. (He for it via Paypal.) When owner, Jimmy Heintzelman, rec'd the unit he called and said it don't work. We walked him thru in and outs of his terminal. Plus we had him test our power supply with a volt meter. He confirmed that it worked properly just as we said.
But he was having other issues with his Credit card terminal, not related to our power supply. So while on the phone with him, he decided to switch back to old terminal. To help him while he was in a jam, we shipped a different power supply via Priority Mail. This helped him get his old terminal working again so he could continue his business. He promised to pay the $15.40 which certainly isn't much
It's two months later, we have called many, many times, sent Paypal invoices with reminders. At first, when he would answer his phone, he claimed he was in the tow truck, but promised to send us the money as soon as he got back to his office. Now he refuses to take our phone calls and never returns our voice messages. Finally got his wife, (I guess) to answer the phone by blocking our caller ID. She said she would give a message to call us. Of course, that hasn't happened. I doubt we will see our money. AVOID THIS BUSINESS at all costs!
